Senior Hardware Design Engineer

Kforce is seeking a Senior Hardware Design Engineer in Marlborough, MA, to join a collaborative team developing secure communications technology. This role involves designing, prototyping, and testing high-speed digital circuit boards for advanced encrypted communication systems. The engineer will utilize modeling, simulation, schematic capture, and signal integrity tools, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.

Must Have

• Design, prototype, and test high-speed digital circuit boards
• Leverage modeling, simulation, schematic capture, and signal integrity tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
• 5+ years of digital and analog hardware design experience
• Expertise in high-speed digital circuit board design
• Knowledge of complex digital systems (FPGAs, processors, microcontrollers)
